What are the hours of operation?
We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
Do you have parking?
We have valet parking downstairs in the garage or street parking.
Do you offer gym memberships?
We are an exclusive private training facility specializing in one-on-one personal training and are strictly appointment based. We do not offer open gym access or day passes.
What amenities do you offer?
We are a functional training facility equipped with locker rooms, showers, towels, and an array of products. We also have an onsite physical therapy recovery center where we have an infrared sauna, Normatec boots, ice plunge, and an in-house physical therapist who also offers massages, cupping, stretching and more. Ubatuba Acai is in our facility as well, offering smoothies, açaí bowls, and waters.
How long are training sessions?
Sessions are 1 hour long.

We take you through a consultation in order to figure out your exact starting points and fitness goals so we can properly pair you with the coach best fit for your goals and availability. You can work with multiple coaches until you find your perfect match as well.
