FAQs

What are the hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be paired with a trainer that has your specific availability.

Do you have parking?

We have valet parking downstairs in the parking garage or street parking.

Do you offer gym memberships?

We are an exclusive private training facility specializing in one-on-one personal training and are strictly appointment based. We do not offer open gym access or day passes.

What amenities do you offer?

We are a functional training facility equipped with locker rooms, showers, towels, and an array of products. We also have an onsite physical therapy recovery center where we have an infrared sauna, Normatec boots, and an in-house physical therapist who also offers massages, cupping, chiropractic adjustments, stretching and more. We offer pre-workout drinks and protein snacks to fuel up pre & post workout.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are 1 hour long. Clients can do their own cardio and stretching before and after their hour training session.

What type of training do you offer?

Functional strength training, injury rehabilitation, extreme transformations & weight loss, sports performance, pre & post natal training, extensive nutrition counseling, and more.

How do you choose your trainer?

We take you through a consultation in order to figure out your exact starting points and fitness goals so we can properly pair you with the coach best fit for your goals and availability. We always make sure it is a perfect match with your trainer otherwise we change it up to fit your needs.
