RPT and my trainer Natalie have truly changed my life! I LOVE this gym – the facilities are top notch, everything is pristine, and all the trainers and staff here are so friendly. The environment is really welcoming and fun! Natalie is the absolute best of the best - she is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, patient, and so attentive. She always listens to my fitness goals and I already see big improvements in my body and overall health. I love to be continuously challenged so she thoughtfully creates new workouts for me every session, and she answers my endless questions about body, nutrition, diet, etc. with so much depth! Natalie works super hard to make my workouts really enjoyable, and she checks in on my health and improvements routinely. She brings the most positive, uplifting energy to every session. I can’t recommend her enough!!My fiancé and I have been training here since April, and it’s truly been one of the best experiences. Camille is so kind and brilliant – she paired us with the best trainers!

My fiance and I started training at RPT about 3 months ago, and it's been an incredible experience so far. Every training session is an incredibly fun challenge and we've already been seeing results. My trainer Chris is so deeply knowledgable and super friendly; I’ve had longstanding posture issues and in the last 2 months our targeted workouts have focused on my range of motion and it's already changed my day-to-day life! I can't recommend Chris and the whole RPT team enough!
I fell in love with this place the very first day I came to check it out. Its a small private gym for personal training purposes only.It has an intimate vibe, very clean, and once you join the team you feel like you are part of the family.The main reason I love to workout here is that the trainers actually listen to what you want and not try to push on you their own agenda.I recently had two babies and needed to get back in shape. All workouts were tailored to my goal and the coaches push you, motivate you and are by your side and help you achieve your fitness goals.I train with two coaches one that helps me to lose overall extra weight, and another who helps me to heal abs, get flat belly, and fix all torn muscles after postpartum.Can’t recommend enough this place.

I heard about Royal Personal Training through friends who have been going for years and am so glad I signed up. They matched me up with a trainer who is a perfect match for what I'm looking for, Alexa. She is encouraging, but firm and makes the workouts fun. Alexa is super knowledgeable about training and fitness and I love that even though I thought I needed a male trainer, they set me up with her and I've been so grateful. I did a consultation with Matt and he understood me and my goals and had only support to offer, no judgment. Matt was confident I'd like who he matched me with and not only was he right, I'm positive he shared all the info I shared with him with Alexa because she has adapted at every opportunity to my goals, limitations, and strengths. I had high expectations from a trainer I had 10 years ago, and Alexa lives up to them in spades. She is always willing to adjust and pushes me as far as I can go. I go first thing in the morning (which if you know me you know sounds nothing like something I'd want to do) and I never feel like I don't want to go and actually look forward to my twice a week sessions. She checks in with me on off days and makes sure we're set for our next sessions. She even gave me advice for off day workouts and basic nutrition.They have state of the art equipment for cardio and strength, plenty of space, and it's never too crowded. I never feel like we are waiting for equipment to be available. Most of the time the music is incredible. Since it's a personal training only gym, everyone is with their own trainer and minding their own business but all of the trainers and staff are SO nice and supportive and friendly. I live super nearby so I've only used the locker room for storing my purse, but the facilities look really nice if you wanna shower/get ready before you go on with your day. I feel so much more fit and stronger after just 7 weeks. It's probably going to cost you more than most gym memberships but honestly you get what you pay for.

Without a doubt, the best personal training gym! 🙌🏼 Everyone is so kind and welcoming. I train with Nikki and she is absolutely amazingggg! She is such an inspiration and really pushes you to become the best version of yourself, both mentally and physically. Will forever be grateful to her! 🫶🏼 Positive energy all around. Highly recommend! 💯

I've been to many world class gyms travelling and living in several different spots in the world and royal personal training is by far the best.The trainers are all super helpful and knowledgeable, always willing to help and improve your form and workouts.The owner Shahin is a very nice guy and always makes you feel very welcome every time I come in.My results on my testing are leaps and bounds better than any other training regiment.Can't recommend enough

Professional, friendly, and quality results! I recommend this place to everyone and guarantee anyone to come to RPT to be satisfied 🙂 The whole staff is absolutely amazing and makes you feel like a family. I reached my goals so fast with RPT, and my trainer Sophie Allen is absolutely phenomenal. Ive had many personal trainers and have been with many gyms, and i can confidently say that RPT is better than the rest!

Plane and simple. If you listen to your trainers nutritional advice and show up you will get results. The trainers here push you to a level you didn’t even know you had in you. I went from 300 down to 270. Now we are setting new goals to burn more fat and go south from there. Guaranteed to see results. Super good energy gym with great networking opportunities. I always look forward to showing up and seeing everyone work hard together. I’m not from La and the staff is like my second family. Can’t say enough! Just call and ask for Camile and she will get you right.

The team of personal trainers at RPT have worked with me for over 1.5 years and we are STILL GOING STRONG. Not only did I reach my fitness goals and transform my body, but I‘ve also gained an incredible support system and family community who hold me accountable and make working out fun! They’ve all become wonderful friends and I can’t thank them enough for their patience and encouragement with me throughout my journey. I will benefit from Royal Personal Training for years after completion although I definitely don’t see myself stopping with them anytime soon. Still have new goals to hit! Hands down the best gym, team, and facilities in Los Angeles!

What are the hours of operation?

We are open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Do you have parking?

We have valet parking downstairs in the garage or street parking.

Do you offer gym memberships?

We are an exclusive private training facility specializing in one-on-one personal training and are strictly appointment based. We do not offer open gym access or day passes.

What amenities do you offer?

We are a functional training facility equipped with locker rooms, showers, towels, and an array of products. We also have an onsite physical therapy recovery center where we have an infrared sauna, Normatec boots, ice plunge, and an in-house physical therapist who also offers massages, cupping, stretching and more. Ubatuba Acai is in our facility as well, offering smoothies, açaí bowls, and waters.

How long are training sessions?

Sessions are 1 hour long.

We take you through a consultation in order to figure out your exact starting points and fitness goals so we can properly pair you with the coach best fit for your goals and availability. You can work with multiple coaches until you find your perfect match as well.
